Tyres wrapped one by one, tubes in bags or cartons, loaded by hand in the container. Prices are ex-factory or at Qingdao port; sea freight is confirmed for each shipment.
Packing
Tyres are wrapped one by one and stacked by hand in the container. Tubes are packed in bags or cartons. If your market needs particular marking or packing, tell us before we quote and we check it with the factory.
Loading
We ship by container from Qingdao. How many tyres and tubes fit depends on your sizes, so we plan the loading from your size list and confirm the quantities in the quotation.
Prices and sea freight
Our prices are quoted ex-factory or at Qingdao port. Sea freight changes with every sailing, so we confirm it separately for each shipment, together with the shipping route and schedule. We don’t publish fixed freight rates or transit times.
Tell us your destination port — for example Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Lagos or Tema — and, for inland cities such as Kampala, the route your clearing agent uses.
Payment and timing
The order is confirmed when you return the signed proforma invoice (PI) and pay the 30% deposit; production takes 20–30 days; the balance is paid before shipment.
Import documents
A certificate of origin is available on request. Certificate copies are available on request: we can show our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, DOT code 056 (our NHTSA-assigned manufacturer identification code) and ECE R75 (E-mark) approvals for 12 sizes — the full list is on our About page. More sizes are being added — ask us per size.
Requirements differ by country and change over time. Before you confirm an order, ask your clearing agent what else the shipment needs — for example a pre-shipment inspection — and tell us. We confirm per order which other documents we can provide.

How long does shipping take?
It depends on the port and the sailing schedule at the time. We confirm it with each order.
Can you deliver to Kampala or another inland city?
We ship by sea from Qingdao. Tell us the port and route your clearing agent uses, and we confirm what we can arrange for your order.
Can tyres and tubes go in one container?
Yes. Each still needs its own minimum: 300 pieces per tyre size and pattern, 2,000 per tube size and material.
