What to send us for a quotation

A complete enquiry gets a complete quotation. Copy the list below, fill in what you know and send it by email, WhatsApp or the form. If you don’t know something, leave it blank and we will ask.

Your enquiry checklist

  1. Country and cityWhere the goods finally go.
  2. Destination portFor example Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Lagos or Tema. For inland cities, tell us the route your clearing agent uses.
  3. Tyre sizesExactly as printed on the sidewall, for example 3.00-18 or 90/90-17.
  4. Tube-type (TT) or tubeless (TL)For each size.
  5. PatternThe ZY number from our catalogue, or a clear photo of the tread.
  6. Quantity for each sizeAt least 300 pieces for each tyre size and pattern, and 2,000 for each tube size and material.
  7. TubesNatural rubber or butyl, and the valve if you know it.
  8. PackingAny marking or packing your market needs.
  9. SamplesYes or no.
  10. DocumentsWhat your customs or clearing agent needs.

From enquiry to shipment

How an order runs

  1. You send the enquiryWe usually reply within one working day (GMT+8).
  2. We confirm patterns, specifications and the quotationPer size. Quotations are valid for 15 days.
  3. Samples if you need themSample cost depends on the item and can be deducted from the bulk order; you pay the courier charges.
  4. You sign our proforma invoice (PI) and pay a 30% depositThe order is confirmed when we have both.
  5. Production20–30 days.
  6. You pay the balance before shipment
  7. The container is loaded in Qingdao and shipped to your port

I don’t know the pattern number.

Send a clear photo of the tread and the sidewall. We suggest the closest patterns from our catalogue.

Can I start with a small mixed order?

Each item has a minimum — 300 pieces per tyre size and pattern, 2,000 per tube size and material. Within that, you can mix sizes in one order.

Do you give prices without a size list?

Prices depend on size, pattern, quantity and packing, so we quote from your list. Prices are ex-factory or at Qingdao port; sea freight is confirmed separately for each sailing.
